Our volume is meant to be a thesis for a first undergraduate course in quantum physics. Both of us have taught this round numerous times and have used divers different texts, some of them superior. Obviously, though, there are changes we would constitute and that is the reason we are book this book.
Two of the greatest part widely used books for this road are the excellent texts by Griffiths (Prentice-Hall) and Gasiorowicz (Wiley), the one and the other of which we have used. Another, what one. neither of us has used no more than both of us are familiar through , is by Liboff (Addison-Wesley). While we light upon much to like about these books, in that place are matters of style, order of presentation and included subject matter that we obviously raise. We do not wish our comments to exist taken as criticism of other books ~-end merely as a statement of our own preferences and the reasons that we give faith to our style and method can have ~ing helpful to students and instructors.
